This Privacy Policy describes how Alliance Data Corporation (“ADC”)
handles information we learn about you from your visit to our website.
The information we receive depends on what you do when you visit our

ADC does not seek to collect personal information about or from minors.
However we recognize that special concerns exist whenever children
are online. In areas of the ADC website that may be of particular
interest to children, we will use our best efforts not to collect
personal information from those identifying themselves as under age
18. ADC encourages parents to take an active role in their children’s
use of the Internet and to spend time online with their children.
If you believe that your child has submitted personal information
to ADC inadvertently, we will delete all such information from our
